Woods Environmental Science and Education Scholarship

This scholarship is available to Campbellsville University students who meet the criteria outlined below.

This scholarship is available for students majoring in chemistry, physics, environmental science or an applied science such as engineering.

The recipient will have a GPA of 3.5 in order to receive and retain this scholarship.

To qualify for the One-Hundred Acre Woods Scholarship, the student will submit a written proposal for research or scholarly writing which addresses the application of physical science for resolving environmental problems.

The number of scholarships available annually will be dependent on availability of funds.

Recipients will be selected by the Natural Science Division Scholarship Committee in consultation with the Office of Financial Aid.

Recipients will be selected annually; however, the scholarship may be renewed at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee.

Recipients will present the results of their study in a seminar at the end of the term.  This must be done prior to any consideration by the committee of continued funding
